Our team has a wide range of experience in the sector, including providing strategic IP advice and portfolio management services, protecting and enforcing IP rights and negotiating and drafting commercial IP contracts. We have worked for companies in the oil and gas, wind power, water treatment, landfill and coal mining fields.

Richard is a solicitor with 17 years experience in Intellectual Property dispute resolution. He qualified into the IP group of a major London based international law firm in 1993 and in 2001 became a partner in the London office of a US based firm with a particular focus on intellectual property disputes.
