Acting for Diageo in the UK ‘Vodkat’ case. The Court of Appeal upheld Arnold J’s decision that the Defendant had been passing off its VODKAT product as a vodka.

Acting for the Association in a passing-off action in the UK in relation to the false labelling of product as whisky or Scotch Whisky.
Counterfeit Corona beer
Acting for Cerveceria Modelo S.A.de C.V. the manufacturer of Corona beer, in a Norwich Pharmacal application and subsequent litigation in relation to the importation into the UK of a consignment of counterfeit CORONA beer.
MAGIC TREE trade mark infringement issues
We are currently acting in the UK for Julius Sämann Ltd, and its subsidiary, Car Freshner Corporation, owners of the famous Magic Tree air fresheners, in a number of trade mark infringement cases involving counterfeit and lookalike product.
