Alert - Libya - trade mark filing suspended June 2011
Because of the political situation in Libya, it is currently not possible to file or prosecute trade mark applications there. Communications to, and within, Libya are extremely difficult and normal operation of the Libyan Trade Marks Office has been interrupted. We will advise when normal operations have resumed.
