As the 'Manufacturer of the World', China has serious and wide spread 'copycat' or counterfeiting problems. We have a substantial specialist IP investigation team on the ground there.
The team has a wide range of specialist investigation experience, conducting investigations in the context of anti-counterfeiting and IP infringement actions and undertaking market/factory surveys. We also conduct on-line monitoring, which often results in take-down of the infringing product, investigation into trade mark registrations made in bad faith, and supply chain identification investigations.
