Designs
Our design filing department, working closely with our trade marks and patents groups where necessary, provides international clearance and design strategy development services, files and prosecutes design applications and manages registration portfolios.
Our lawyers regularly advise clients, particularly international retailing clients, in relation to both their proposed designs and third party rights, and are involved in the negotiation and drafting of design licences. Disputes relating to designs are handled by our Litigation and ADR team.
